    This is the third top I have purchased from this company for my mother to wear to dialysis. All have been great quality and the perfect thing for her to wear that gives great access to her dialysis fistula in her right arm and the blood pressure cuff on her left arm. The dual zippers go up and down so she can zip them to the right length and keep her arms warm. This is a great weight of a sweatshirt. Beautiful blue color too. I highly recommend ordering these for any dialysis patient. And the shipping time and email update issues I had with my first order are light years better this time. Thanks!

    IF I WERE TO MAKE CHANGES i WOULD ADD A KANGAROO POCKET, BECAUSE WE ONLY ARE ABLE TO MOVE ONE HAND AND TO HAVE TISSUES, CELL PHONE, OR HARD CANDY HANDY WOULD BE NICE.
    ALSO A ZIPPER AT THE NECK, IF YOU SHOULD GET HOT.

    OTHERWISE GREAT IDEA, WOULD NOT EVEN MIND CONTRASTING WILD ZIPPER COLORS.

    if it had all that I would buy 3 more for sure.
