I purchased this as a gift for my father who is a dialysis patient. He really enjoys the comfort of leaving the cuff on his wrist, unzipping both arms if he gets hot, the double arm gives access for the blood pressure cuff as well or just to cool off both arms. He was really happy to receive this item, I believe it really improved his comfort. It is very true to fit, he usually wears a medium and this medium fit him really well. He is 5′ 8″ and about 160lbs medium build.

You may want to look into your response time to inquiries. I emailed twice about when I would receive the shirts and never received a response back. I ordered the product a little late this year but was still hoping to receive them before Christmas. I just received the products this week. i remember last year that you had an order by date to receive by Christmas on your website. Maybe I missed the notice on the website? Anyways I will continue to order your product but the customer service end needs a little more help.

The shirt is better than i even expected. The long zipper has two pulls that allows you flexibility and adequate opening. we opted for zippers in both arms as the docotrs are contemplating moving the port to the other arm. My father-in-law runs cold since starting dialysis so this is the perfect remedy! I highly recommend this item, you will not be disappointed. (Please note: shipping took longer than expected, likely due to the holidays. I placed the order on Dec. 11, 2017 and received Jan 6, 2018. Unfortunately it was a Christmas present)
