This was a gift for my mother who goes to dialysis 3x a week. Plus the fact that she lives in Minnesota and its November- time for warmer clothes that she can wear to dialysis. This is perfect because it zips up the front so she can unzip if she gets too warm. The fleece is very soft and the burgundy color is very nice. I always get her the Hemowear tops with the dual arm zippers as she always has to wear a blood pressure cuff on her left arm while her dialysis is in her right arm. Great little jacket.

Bought this dual sleeve microfleece jacket for my elderly mother who goes to a hemodialysis clinic 3x a week. She was wearing a down vest to dialysis but always had to wear short sleeves. Her arms and shoulders were always cold. The Hemowear fleece jacket solved the problem. Nurses and techs like working with it; less messing around with the patient’s clothing.
Front zipper is good for seniors; easy to get on and off. Zipper pockets store personal items: lip gloss, handkerchief, hard candies. Access needles on one arm and BP cuff on the other. Can zip up the sleeve around the BP cuff for added warmth. We slip a paper protector between her access arm and the jacket to prevent blood spills. Having a collar on the jacket is flattering. Purchased Royal Blue and it’s very pretty.
Just wish that this jacket style also came in a summer weight fabric. The microfleece is a bit much for hot humid summer weather. If you decide to make a lighter fabric version, I’ll buy her another jacket.
Thank you Hemowear for making a GREAT PRODUCT that solves a real need for in-clinic hemodialysis patients. And thanks too for making me look like a smart, thoughtful daughter. It’s been a win-win purchase.

Great product but the sizing was way off. I bought this for my mom who only weights about 100 lbs or less. I bought size S but when I opened it I couldn’t believe how small it really was. It looked like it would fit a 4 yr old! (Yes I looked at the sizing chart before ordering). I didn’t want to exchange it for fear that I would have to send it back again.Sending back today. Delivery was very slow. Ordered on Dec1. Received on Dec 22.

The sizing chart says XL is 46-48, but the purchase option says XL is 40-41. What do I do???
