My mother-in-law was very pleased with these pants and the zipper. It did take a while for them to ship given the expensive shipping rate.

The customer service is horrible. I have had to leave several messages. I ordered the pants around April 7TH thinking that by the 18th I would for sure have them..i still haven’t received the order and it is going on April 21st. I thought that it would be a great relief for my mom since she went from using her arms for dialysis and when her fistula failed her surgeon decided they would have to go in her leg. She has been stressing about having to show her legs for dialysis because of the dark marks that phosphorous crystallizing outside of her skin had made before she knew she was sick. I thought these pants were brilliant but she will be back at dialysis with no pants though..I’m highly disappointed that no one has even bothered to reach out to me and communicate. Just took my money and give me horrible service.

I purchased a pair for my mother. She couldn’t be happier. Yes, fulfilling the order and shipping seemed to take a while, but I knew that going in. The quality is great, just plan ahead a little bit.
