My Mother’s Son –
I said it before and I am very pleased to be able to say it again, the hoodie zip up jacket worn in conjunction with the long sleeve T-shirt keeps her warm and cozy during the four hours mom has to spend in the human meat locker…and I say that in the nicest way. It is what it is…and it is cold!
Thanks to Hemowear she is not only warm, she is stylish! She frequently gets compliments on how nice the shirts and jackets look and how innovative it is to have zippers in the sleeve.
Mom uses the left arm for dialysis but we purchased shirts and jackets with zippers in both arms…so now when we go to various doctors’ appointments, we can unzip the right sleeves for blood pressure readings or blood tests for labs! The phlebotomists love the easy access! We do too!

I purchased a dual arm, long sleeve t-shirt for my Mom who is on dialysis 3 times a week. She is always complaining how cold it is there but she can only wear a short sleeve top so there is access to her fistula. This top works perfect! And having the other arm with a zipper also is great as she has a blood pressure cuff on the left arm most of the time too. She loves the purple color and the weight of the fabric. I plan to order more of them including the fleece one for winter. Great product.

I’ve ordered several shirts/sweatshirts for my mom who has dialysis. These are the most convenient shirts. We both like them tremendously and that’s why I’ve ordered so many shirts for her. She temporarily had a catheter and the dual chest shirts were awesome.

Just because we are on dialysis 3 hours, 3 days a week doesn’t mean we can’t look good while we are doing it. The zipper access is the perfect scenario.

Dual-arm long sleeve design is great with zipper access but the t-shirt material isn’t preferred. Dry-fit material is recommended.
